About Nicolas Bertrand
Nicolas advises family owned companies on international and domestic corporate tax issues including (cross-border) corporate restructurings, double tax treaty matters, mergers and acquisitions, holding and financing structures, real estate, IP structures and private equity partnerships. He advises high-net-worth individuals on wealth structuring, wealth optimisation techniques, inheritance planning and the fiscal consequences of immigration and emigration. He also specialises in the taxation of savings income, insurance contracts, income from investment funds and handles tax audits and tax disputes including negotiating settlements.
