Kris has extensive experience in employment and labour law. He advises clients on how to limit costs by implementing alternative remuneration schemes and his Flexible Reward Plans are highly regarded. He assists and represents multinationals during restructurings, plant closures and collective dismissals and advises on legal and strategic industrial relations. He assists national and international clients with recruitment and dismissal of top managers.
