About Kris De Schutter
Kris has extensive experience in employment and labour law. He advises clients on the development and implementation of alternative remuneration schemes. His Flexible Reward Plans (‘cafeteria plans’) are highly regarded in Belgium. He assists and represents multinationals during restructurings, plant closures and collective dismissals and advises on legal and strategic industrial relations. He assists national and international clients with recruitment and dismissal of top managers.
He is listed as an expert in his field by Chambers & Partners and a next generation lawyer in The Legal 500 EMEA.
