About Edith Franssen
Edith specialises in dismissal procedures, advises on collective bargaining law and flexible employment relationships, and handles all the aspects concerning sick employees and cross-border employment law. She also teaches social law at the University of Amsterdam and gives many courses to various target groups on various topics in employment law. Edith is the author of many publications, including recently the WWZ Guide in which she was a contributor along with colleagues from Loyens & Loeff and the University of Amsterdam.
Edith is co-author of the book 'Building in the Netherlands’. This publication is intended to be a handy overview of the most important legal and tax facets of and for Dutch building and development practice. The publication is the result of a joint effort made by various Loyens & Loeff attorneys-at-law, tax advisers and civil law notaries in different disciplines, who pooled together their expertise and experience.
