Aude Mahy is counsel to our Brussels office. She is a member of the Loyens & Loeff Litigation & Risk Management Practice Group in Belgium and heads the Benelux Food & Beverages Team.

About Aude Mahy

Aude specialises in (international) commercial law and European and Belgian food law and is listed as an expert by The Legal 500. She advises, drafts contracts and represents clients in court and before the authorities on matters such as labelling, nutrition and health claims, food supplements, market practices and advertising, food safety and pre-market authorisation. This implies a close cooperation with the concerned authorities as well as settling issues in court. Aude is a member of the Food Lawyers Network (worldwide). She cooperates with the European Food and Feed Law Review (Lexxion) as country correspondent and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on food legislation.
