Ahmed Tayane is a member of the Litigation & Risk Management Practice Group and the Automotive Team in Belgium. He is a senior associate in our Brussels office. He focuses on restructuring, (cross-border) insolvency and enforcement of security interests.
About Ahmed Tayane
Ahmed has extensive experience in corporate and financial litigation and restructuring. His clients include financial sponsors, loan servicers and corporate borrowers and issuers. He is a member of the Japanese Desk and completed an internship at a Japanese restructuring law firm. Ahmed is listed as a ‘Next Generation Lawyer’ in The Legal 500 EMEA 2017 for dispute resolution and recommended for his expertise in Insolvency and Restructuring. He is a teaching assistant in Commercial and Insolvency Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
