Young female lawyers should be more like alpha males

In the article 'Jonge advocates moeten wat meer alpha male zijn' in De Tijd of 26 May 2018, our partner Martine De Roeck comments on female partnership in larger business law firms in Belgium today.

As one of the founding members of the program ‘Women in Law & Leadership’ (WiLL) Loyens & Loeff has always been very committed and concerned about the development of female lawyers. This program is constantly being reviewed and developed but found extremely successful.
