Our IP expertise includes providing strategic advice and drafting and negotiating contractual documentation for intellectual property transactions (licenses, co-existence agreements, assignments of IP rights, etc.). We also represent our clients in litigation before the courts and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings in intellectual property related disputes.

We regularly draft and negotiate service and maintenance agreements, software licenses, e-commerce terms and other IT related agreements.
